What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a transformative approach that focuses on changing thought patterns and behaviours to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. By exploring the connections between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic), and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programming), NLP aims to enhance wellbeing, outlook, reduce anxiety, and unlock potential.

Rather than focusing on the past, NLP looks at how you can think, feel, and behave differently in the present and future. This makes the process of change not only effective but often surprisingly quick and even enjoyable.

NLP is based on the idea that how we think, speak, and act shapes our experience.

What To Expect

You will first be invited to a 20 min online discovery call. During this session I will gather some background information, and ask some questions in order to understand what it is that you would like to change and whether my services would be most appropriate in the circumstances.  

The following sessions will typically last between 60 and 80 minutes. During this session I will gather some further information, and ask some questions in order to determine which process is most suitable and effective for your area of change. We will also explore how things will be different for you once you have achieved these changes. We then move on to the practical aspects. Everything is tailored to your individual needs and most people see significant results within 2-4 sessions.

Rates

Discovery Calls are charged at £10 and this amount will be deducted from your first full session.
