Your journey begins with ceremonial grade Cacao to open the heart. You’ll then be immersed in the rich vibrations of gongs and Tibetan bowls, with Reiki energy gently offered throughout to support deep rest and renewal. The evening closes with Shelley’s calming shruti singing, leaving you centred, nourished, and at peace.
Guided by Shelley and Annie—experienced Reiki Masters and sound practitioners—this special event is designed to soothe the senses and bring balance on every level.
