Cosy Gong Bath Session (2)

Relax and rejuvenate with the healing power of sound during our Gong event. Limited places available for this gorgeous event, located in Shelley's cosy cottage in the heart of Downton, Wiltshire. Treat yourself to some much needed "time out" from life then leave floating home :-) This is a truly nourishing event to help ease the senses on every level. Shelley will be playing her Sedna Gong, tibetan bowls and shruti singing. Drop into the deepest state of rest. Pillows and sheepskin rugs provided for utmost comfort. Please bring a blanket if you require.
